Stallholder applications

The Basin Music Festival (TBMF) is set in the foothills of the beautiful Dandenong Mountains, only 40 minutes east of Melbourne. It is a community festival, with most of the guests and musicians from local suburbs.

The Basin Music Festival 2026 will be held from 20 - 22 March 2026. Each year we reach out to local traders and community groups to join us in creating a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for the benefit of festival guests and all others involved in the event.

Community groups are invited to have a stall at our Community Market on Saturday and Sunday (21-22 March). Applications can be made by completing the form below. Before you do that make sure you read the Stallholder Rules and Requirements and the TBMF Child Safeguarding Policy.

Please ensure you scroll within the input frame below and answer all the questions - then hit the SUBMIT button.
To make your payment (if applicable) click here.

We are excited to see what great ideas and opportunities are out there, and invite interested groups to make an application to be part of the next festival. While we typically prioritise community groups and local traders, we are keen to see who else may want to participate.

Our Aboriginal heritage

The Basin Music Festival Association acknowledges, respects and shares in the customs of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation, traditional custodians of the land on which we hold The Basin Music Festival, and pay our respects to their elders past and present.
We extend that same respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, members of the oldest living culture in the world .
